BIMBO? Who is BIMBO?

So for homework one of the characters my instructor wanted me to sketch was BIMBO. I thought he meant the little bear thats the mascot for PAN BIMBO, turns out I was wrong. BIMBO apparently is/was Betty Boops significant other. Well here is what was my first attempt at sketching BIMBO. I need to work on some areas....  What do you think?

B+ !!

I received a B+ on my last class assignment.... not bad. I have to get me an A next time. I'm having a great time with the Cartooning class I'm taking. I wish class was atleast 2 or 3 times a week instead of one. I feel like I have been learning alot and really improving!

Dreams ....... Do you?

I see homeless people and I wonder.... where did they go wrong? Did they go wrong or are they just lazy? I know times are tough so some take advantage of the current situation with the economy to ask for money on the streets. ANYWAYS .... the point is, when I see these less unfortunate people I say to myself ..... I don't want to end up like that. I look at the situation of some close relatives in my own family and I say I don't want to end up like that. What I mean is that they have a shitty job and are just always struggling and all they do is complain about the job. Well, I don't want that to be me..... I HAVE A DREAM ..... to be an animator. I want to do something I LOVE and enjoy going to work every morning. I got to meet a few  people today who don't have the best that life can offer but they enjoy getting up every morning because they LOVE what they do. I want what every other person wants.... a roof over my head, a good car and a great job and to be able to travel. I have this DREAM every day..... everyday as I climb that ladder of knowledge to get me to the right place in life.
